What days do you ship orders?
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

WHO ARE YOUR SHIPPING PROVIDERS?
We ship Fedex for all custom club orders. Non-related club orders may ship USPS or Fedex depending on weight and size.
What exclusions apply to the free shipping over $99 USD?
Free shipping over $99 applies to standard Ground Shipping and is limited to U.S mainland orders only. The following is excluded from Free Shipping:
- International orders
- Shafts requiring round trip shipping (also referred to as the RetroFit Program)
- Srixon Q-Star Ultispeed Golf Balls as part of the InsideGOLF member promotion
WHAT DOES FULFILLMENT MEAN?
Fulfillment is described as the length of time it takes to prepare your order for shipping carrier pickup.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULFILLMENT VS SHIPPING TIMES?
Fulfillment is the time it takes our company to prepare your order for shipping. Shipping time is described as the length of time from our shipping docks to your requested shipping address.
WHAT DOES PRODUCT SOURCING MEAN?
Product sourcing is the process and length of time of procuring your order's golf components directly from the OEM/Manufacturer. We do not stock golf club components in our build shop.
Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Orders Policy
If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, failure to pick up the shipment, or when a signature-required delivery is not completed, the order will be considered Returned to Sender.
Customers are responsible for all reshipment costs. To have the order shipped again, the original shipping method selected at checkout will apply (e.g., Standard, 2-Day, etc.), and the applicable shipping rate must be paid before reshipment.
Any shipping promotions, discounts, or free shipping offers used on the original order (including free shipping thresholds) will not apply to reshipments. The customer will be charged the full shipping cost associated with the selected shipping method.
If the reshipment fee is not paid within 90 days of the order being returned to us, the order will be considered cancelled. A refund will then be issued in the form of store credit, less a 20% processing and restocking fee.
