Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.


Please note: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders over $99 (U.S. only).


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

However, select products are shipped to only to U.S. mainland. Shipping options for your location will be displayed at checkout.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will appear at checkout.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fairway Jockey is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer’s responsibility.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.


You can track your package on the carrier’s website using this number.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fairwayjockey.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.


We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Delivery Delays

Unexpected delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
