What is SST PUREing?

SST PURE is a golf shaft alignment technology that locates the shaft's most consistent bending plane. Then the shaft in installed pointing toward the target, in line with how the shaft will bend during the swing. This reduces inconsistent bending throughout the swing and leads to more consistent ball flight, improved accuracy, and better overall performance with every swing.

The development of the TB-5 FORGED began with not being bound by the common sense that forgiving forged irons are cavity structure. Based on the previous "5 Series", the cavity structure was manually broken down and the prototype was mocked up, creating a new shape never seen before, with refined form and forgiveness function added. 

The technology behind the performance of TB-5 FORGED is the unique "Theater Blade" structure on the back face. The unique shape started with eliminating both the toe and heel walls of the cavity structure. The excess weight gained was then distributed to thicken the club, mainly on the outer periphery, for functionality and to suppress vibrations at impact.

Thanks to its many loyal users, the TB-5 FORGED has been played by more golfers than we expected over the past four years and has become Fourteen's flagship model.
