Junior Flex Recommendations
Because junior clubs are significantly shorter than standard adult lengths, the flex of any adult shaft will naturally become stiffer once trimmed. For this reason, it's important to start with a softer flex shaft when building junior clubs to ensure optimal feel, launch, and performance for younger players. Our "Junior" flex is equivalent to an adult ladies flex while "Junior Stiff" is equivalent to an adult senior flex.
Below are some general recommendations for selecting a stiffness for your junior. For further assistance, or to get personalized fitting recommendations for your junior, please contact one of our fitting specialists.
| Driving Distance | Height | Recommended Shaft Flex |
| < 200 yds | 4' - 4'4" | Junior |
| <200 yds | 4'5" - 4'8" | Junior |
| >200 yds | 4'5" - 4'8" | Junior / Junior Stiff |
| > 200 yds | 4' 8" - 5'1" | Junior Stiff |

What is SST PUREing?
SST PURE is a golf shaft alignment technology that locates the shaft's most consistent bending plane. Then the shaft in installed pointing toward the target, in line with how the shaft will bend during the swing. This reduces inconsistent bending throughout the swing and leads to more consistent ball flight, improved accuracy, and better overall performance with every swing.
