Driver
Higgo is currently playing the Titleist TSi3 Driver with a Fujikura Ventus Blue 6X shaft. The new TSi3 is a brand new design from Titleist, and it is made with the new ATI 425 Aerospace Titanium. This unique material is something that only Titleist is using, and the performance benefits are noticeable. If you need more speed and lots of extra carry, the TSi3 is a great club to choose; just be sure that you can make contact near the center of the face.
Woods and Hybrids
Higgo carries one fairway wood and one hybrid with his set. The fairway wood is a TSi2 in a 15 degree, and the hybrid is a TSi3 in 18 degrees. The hybrid has the Fujikura Atmos Blue 8 X, where the 3 wood has the 7 X. Chances are with the hybrid being a little shorter in length, Higgo can get some extra speed and needs the slightly stiffer shaft.
Irons
For the irons, Higgo carries a 4-PW in the Titleist T100. We love when professionals play with golf irons that we all have access to. These T100 irons are a clean-looking and high-performing choice from Titleist. With the golf irons, Higgo uses a Project X 6.5, one of the standard shaft offerings in a T100 iron.
Wedges
It should come as no surprise that the wedges in Higgo’s bag are the Vokey SM8. These are the latest release and one of the most popular wedges on tour. The lofts in Garrick Higgo’s bag include the 50, 56, and 60. These are relatively standard for professionals and amateurs alike.
Putter
Higgo plays with the Scotty Cameron Phantom X 5.5. This is a very popular putter on tour in 2021, and this is not the first victory that the Phantom mallet line of putters has brought along. These putters are popping up everywhere, and they are consistent and reliable, especially on a Sunday when tour pros need them the most.
Overall, Higgo has a very strong Titleist setup being one of Titleist’s brand ambassadors. As you can tell by his performance at the Palmetto Championships, these clubs work quite well for him. If you are a low handicap player that enjoys the Titleist brand, this is a setup that could work quite well for you.
The PGA Tour added a new event this year, the Palmetto Championship at Congaree. The Congaree golf club has been talked about as being one of the nicest new designs in the country. This event surely didn’t disappoint, and it turns out Garrick Higgo enjoys the course quite a bit. With his one-shot victory over the field, Higgo had an excellent week of golf. Chances are, we will see more wins from this player in the near future. Garrick Higgo is a Titleist player, and he has a really powerful lineup of clubs in the bag. If you think you may want to take advantage of some of his impressive speed and accuracy, here are the clubs to check out.
